FAQS

What’s the difference between eBuyer and eBuyer Business?

The main eBuyer.com website is designed for consumers. eBuyer Business is our specialist service for SMEs, large organisations and public sector including educational establishments.

Through this specialist service we can supply the volumes, product ranges and preferential commercial terms you need.

Use the details on this page to contact our business team or enquire about setting up an account if you're a new customer.

Why can’t I find the products I need on the consumer website?

The eBuyer.com consumer website is designed for retail shoppers, so business customers may not be able to find the specific product range or volumes they require. To ensure you get the correct products and the right volume, at the right price, just speak to your eBuyer Business account manager.

What if I can’t find the product I need on the website?

Our dedicated business team source products directly from our channel partners. This means if it exists in the market, we can usually find it, even if it’s not listed online. If you've seen a product on the consumer site that you'd like, we can often source a close match alternative that meets your needs at a business-specific price point.

How do I get a VAT invoice / can I get a VAT invoice from the website?

You'll be issued with a VAT invoice for every order you make from eBuyer Business. If you have any questions about invoicing, just contact your account manager.

What if I place the order through the consumer website for business use?

You can do that, and a VAT invoice will still be available for reclaiming. However, the consumer site is unlikely to support the volume you require. For example, ordering a full pallet and placing multiple smaller orders may result in multiple separate deliveries. To avoid these issues, we strongly recommend coordinating your order directly with your account manager.

Why can’t I use my business credit card to make a purchase on the website?

Our consumer website does not currently support business credit card payments, except for small orders placed by SMEs. For business purchases, especially larger volumes, please contact us directly and we can arrange the order for you.

Can I request a quote?

Absolutely. For quotes, bulk pricing, or project support, speak with your account manager. They’ll help you secure the best commercial pricing available.

Do you offer supported pricing?

Yes. Many brands offer business only pricing tiers. Your account manager can check eligibility and secure the best available rates for your organisation.

Where can I find your business terms and conditions?

Our business T&Cs outline how we work with organisations, including ordering, delivery, returns, and credit terms.
